Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
